What type of payment do you accept
That is a great question. In order to keep everyone safe and to limit the amount of transfer and exchange of currency, we currently accept contactless payments through CASH APP, Venmo, and PayPal.
How much is the deposit?
One hour wedding deposits are $350, Weddings two hours or more deposits are $500, destination wedding deposits are $1000. All other photoshoots deposits are $350. ALL deposits are non-refundable (Retainers fee). The remainder will be due at the event (with the exception for DESTINATION weddings) through contactless payment methods previously agreed upon through financing, CASH APP, Venmo, and PayPal
What if we have to cancel or postpone?
If you have to cancel, you are responsible for payment of all expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation of the assignment, plus 50 percent of Photographer’s fee; however, if notice of cancellation is given four (4) business days or less by the end of the business day (5 p.m. PST) before the event date , Client will be charged 100 percent of the fee.
We do understand under the current circumstance this world is in, situations can occur suddenly. If you need to cancel due to illnesses, we will work with you by postponing and reschedule the event for a later date for up to a year from the cancellation date.
How many photographers are included in the listed price?
The price listed is for one photographer. We do recommend especially for wedding events that you hire two photographers to capture the pre-wedding moments!
Do you offer services for Quinceañeras?
Yes, we offer services for Quinceañeras.
What about covid and protection?
Great question, we are tested regularly and are masked during the entire event. After each event all equipment used are properly sanitized.
